Doorthread terms of service

These terms are between you (the person adding Doorthread to a Discord server, for yourself or for the business that runs it) and Standard Computing LLC ("we").

1. The beta. Doorthread is free during its beta. It may change, be limited (it answers at most 200 conversations per server a month), or be discontinued; we will tell server owners in advance where we can.
2. What it does. It answers members' questions in private threads using an AI and only the text you provide. AI answers can be wrong. You are responsible for the text you provide and for what you sell; check the answers.
3. Not allowed. You may not use Doorthread on servers that sell or promote trading signals, cryptocurrency or investment returns, betting or gambling, adult content, or that are aimed at people under 16, or for anything illegal or against Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy. You may not instruct it to claim it is human or to promise earnings or results. We may remove the bot from servers that break these rules.
4. Your content. You keep the rights to the text you provide. You let us store and process it, and your members' questions, only to run Doorthread for your server, as our privacy policy describes.
5. Your members. Members talk to an AI that says so. You tell your members how their questions are used where your local law requires it.
6. No warranty; limit of liability. Doorthread is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to US$100.
7. Ending. You can remove the bot at any time. We may suspend it for a server that breaks these terms.
