Doorthread

Doorthread answers the people who join your paid Discord community, from your sales page, and hands them your checkout link.

How it works

1. Add Doorthread to your server and run /setup: pick the channel for its Start here button and your staff role, then paste your sales page or FAQ text and your checkout link.
2. A new member presses Start here, and Doorthread opens a private thread just for them.
3. They ask with the Ask a question button or /ask. Doorthread answers only from your text, says it is an AI, and offers your checkout link, or Talk to a human, which brings in your staff.
4. /stats shows you threads opened, questions, answers, handoffs and checkout clicks over the last 7 and 30 days.

Good to know

• Members get answers in their own language, and the Start here message can be in English, Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish. Setup and the owner's commands are in English.
• During the beta, each server gets up to 200 conversations a month, and each member up to 20 answers a day.
• Questions and answers are deleted after 30 days, and /forget all deletes your server's data at once. See the privacy policy.
• Not for servers that sell trading signals, crypto or investment returns, betting, or adult content, or that are aimed at people under 16. See the terms.
